We run a company building programme, enabling Larry to meet Sergey, develop an idea and raise funding. We call this Talent Investing.

Who we’re looking for
The Programme Analyst will help us to deliver excellent customer service to our founders, starting from the moment they come to interview with us. It’s likely that some or all of the following will apply to you:
Solid operational experience: you might have a career history in operations or logistics, have organised events before, or just be keen to get stuck in and learn
You love working with a small but committed team, and pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly: both to your colleagues and your customers
You understand the power of operational excellence and enjoy constantly improving processes to ensure they work smoothly
You are an infinite learner, keen to learn from those around you
You are comfortable handling unknown or changing priorities at short notice and like to take initiative
You love providing great customer service and might have experience of a customer-facing role
You enjoy discovering the latest digital tools to make your work better and may have experience with Slack, Notion and/ or Zapier
What you’ll do
You will have a front-row seat to seeing what it takes to turn the world’s most ambitious technical talent into founders of the world’s leading tech start-ups.
Selection: You will support our Talent Team in its investment decision-making, reviewing applications and shadowing interviews, as well as supporting the delivery of our interview process.
Form: You will support the Form Manager in delivering the logistics of the Form Programme, which brings together 80+ individuals and turns them into teams ready to pitch to EF’s investment committee. You will be tasked with coordinating events to facilitate team-building, as well as owning key operational processes such as company incorporation.
Launch: You will support the Launch Manager in delivering the logistics of the Launch Programme. You will play a key role in the delivery of our Investment Committee process where EF makes investment decisions into the companies, as well as Demo Day, where our teams pitch to 400+ seed investors.
