A day in the life of a Manager

You’re a trusted advisor and client partner and you want to get stuck in immediately. As a Client Manager, you own a diverse range of startup clients. You are the main voice of all client communications and delivery. Our tech startups will look to you for advice and guidance on all things accounting and finance!


  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified with minimum 1 year practice experience

  • Experience of accounting using FRS102 for small entities.

  • Experience of managing and building strong client relationships

  • Ability to make technical and commercial decisions

  • Excellent IT skills including Xero and Excel

  • Ability to inspire junior staff

  • Ability to delegate, ensure timely delivery of work and meet company KPIs

  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and a passion to deliver top quality work

  • Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the services provided are of the standard need to achieve our vision of being the founders choice

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients

  • Correspond with clients to provide excellent technical insight

  • Manage workflow allocation to ensure delivery in line with agreed timescales

  • Prepare high-quality financial statements and corporation tax calculations

  • Prepare management information insights to give our clients the right information to make commercially savvy decision!

Salary range £40,000 — 65,000
