Product Manager

This is a product management role, reporting directly to the CTO, working closely with a team of engineers, designers, members of senior management, end-users and external stakeholders to help the team to accelerate the development of our product.


  • Working closely with senior management to define and deliver our product strategy.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of new products and features for the Blackbullion platform.

  • Collaborate on the user research process with our B2B clients as well as our end-users with our UX team.

  • Continually drive improvement in the usability of our product.

  • Collaborate with the design & engineering teams to deliver new features.

  • Work with the marketing team to communicate product updates to clients and end-users to raise awareness and drive adoption.

  • Measure the outcome of new features and products and share results and learnings to guide future improvements in the platform.

  • Apply a lean startup mindset of test, learn and iterate.

  • Providing training and documentation for product updates to relevant stakeholders.


These are ideals and not 100% requirements, as a company focused on learning you’ll be given the training and support needed to develop into the role.

  • Experience managing all aspects of the product development cycle ideally for SaaS products.

  • Ability to think about the bigger picture as well as the finer details.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Adaptable to the fast-changing, ambiguous nature of startups and changing business requirements.

  • Experience with UX/UI tools like Sketch and Invision.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, MixPanel or other online analytics suites.

  • Outcome focussed over output driven.


Our office is near Old St Station in London. However we are very flexible about remote working.
