This position is remote! You have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world or out of the downtown Bellevue, WA headquarters.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead projects and programs to build a consistently excellent car shopping experience for consumers.
You will be as needed both broad and deep. You will work with business and product teams to define the right customer experience and engage engineering teams to deliver it.
You will drive process and technology improvements that reduce friction for engineers and proactively address issues that help to scale 321 Ignition solutions to meet our rapid growth.
To succeed you need to be motivated by putting your customers first; you understand what the customers need and you don't rest until we deliver it. You are detail-driven, with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. You learn from your mistakes, and you love working with really smart people. You have a solid understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. business case, RTG, risk management, schedule management, and negotiation). You are comfortable briefing senior leadership, even when you have bad news; you can communicate effectively with business and technical teams both verbally and in writing.
Project Management: lead and manage end to end project delivery by creating detailed project plans, identifying staffing requirements, scope, and schedule. Identify and manage risks, conduct project meetings and deliver status reports.
Drive execution of the project plan and address customer issues in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional and cross-time zone teams.
Manage multiple customers' projects, solutions, product launches and priorities
Demonstrate continuous process improvements
Ensure timely communication for internal & external key stakeholders
Deep understanding of customer scenarios/solutions and addressing any issues for seamless onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.
Maintain complete documentation of processes to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of 321 Ignition products.
Build relationships with customers, onboard new customers successfully and on time, provide excellent technical project management support
Required Skills & Competencies
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management is required.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
Excellent time management skills. High sense of urgency and “Owner” attitude - Understands the value of speed to market, winning together and “Act like the owner” mentality.
Able to juggle many projects with a small staff, work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, startup environment.
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with customers and global teams, and work across time zones
Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
Strong understanding of business & technology
Ability to build relationships, influence technology partners, and establish credibility with executives
Very strong written and communication skills.
Experience in managing integration projects
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Ability to help manage scrum team sprints, backlog, and priorities using agile based tools (Jira, LeanKit, Rally/Central Agile, Version1, etc.).
Demonstrable knowledge with one of the agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum and Kanban, etc.).
Scrum Alliance CSM or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
Experience onboarding customers in SaaS solutions and onboarding project management experience is a huge plus.
Experience in the automotive industry a plus
This job can be remote, or you can work out of the office in Bellevue, Washington.
This is a full-time position, and very fast-paced
Our CEO is located in Bellevue, Washington, and customers are nationwide. While you can be located anywhere, in any time zone, some conference calls required to be during business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
