Project Manager II

Description:

  • The Coupa Change Management Track Lead Support & Trainer will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the Source-to-Report function, and experience deploying an eProcurement solution such as Coupa

Leadership and Strategy

  • Cultivates & coordinates relationships with Coupa project stakeholders, with ability to interact with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance or support decision-making
  • Collaborates across Intuit to leverage resources & knowledge to solve problems & achieve results
  • Adept at focusing thinking around a shared vision and critical few priorities; role-models execution with speed, agility, and excellence
  • Uses previous experience leading the change management of an eProcurement solution to bring best practices to bear at Intuit
  • Partners with international team to ensure globally compliant and locally relevant communications and training

Change Management

  • Develops and executes effective communications for Coupa project stakeholders in alignment with the GBS and Corporate Communications standards and governance process
  • Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities in support of the Coupa P2P implementation and vision for source-to-report transformation
  • Expert at determining the right resources, operating mechanisms, communications and training needed to gain alignment and to manage change
  • Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated communication and training programs for both an internal employee audience and externally to enable third parties
  • Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses social media and video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate
  • Partners across Finance and with Technology 4 Intuit, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to implement any large-scale communication and training programs relevant to Coupa P2P
  • Leads and oversees development, validation, implementation, and evaluation of Coupa P2P training-related solutions (curriculum, job aids, reference guides, playbooks, etc.)
  • Leverages central Intuit Learning & Development organization’s instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance
  • Owns the design, structure and maintenance of Coupa project content on the intranet, collaboration portals, and learning management systems; evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts

Project Management

  • Supports project management of change management initiatives in a lead or support role as directed by Coupa program team
  • Supports end-to-end Coupa change management with ownership, decision planning, recommendation, and execution of change management activities
  • Provides meaningful insights to project team to drive strategy or key decisions

Qualifications:
o Experience leading change management of an eProcurement deployment
o Experience with business operations, communications, and learning domain, with knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain
o Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites
o Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, LumApps, Docebo, Degreed, and Loom
o Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google Drive, Box, and Slack
o Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners
o Availability to directly support and interact with multiple international business units
o Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline
o Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
o Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
