Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer, SME to join our team in the Clarksburg, WV area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Section 508 Accessibility Subject Matter Expert – Engaged as SME for the CJIS Accessibility Program Office. Integral in developing the Implementation Roadmap for the CJIS Division as well as standing up the Accessibility Program Office. Role includes training SAFe Value Stream leadership in 508 principles and the Implementation Roadmap, assisting Value Streams in assessing 508 compliance and developing VS-based 508 programs, and using the Trusted Tester testing methodology to evaluate, verify, and validate VS compliance remediation and sustainment.
LifeCycle Management Subject Matter Expert - Engaged as SME for the Lifecycle management Program (LCMP), developing and managing cradle-to-grave Lifecycle Management Development models for use on all projects throughout the CJIS division. Additionally, oversee the CM/QA and Lifecycle Management aspects various projects, provide Subject Matter Expertise on Agile implementations, and ensure government and contractor partners fulfill project goals and objectives.
Business Analyst – review and analyze solution provider system/program documentation, ensuring designs and processes incorporate industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze and interpret government requirements for inclusion in development and test efforts.
Test/Systems Engineering – review and analyze contractor-produced system test cases. Oversee the development and execution of test dry runs to determine the fit and feel of requirements sell-off testing. Act as SME during Functional Acceptance Testing. Develop and execute test cases to determine end-to-end system functionality. Develop and execute test cases for requirements sell-off of CJIS information systems, including CJIS Enterprise File Transfer System/Information Broker and FACE Services.
Quality Assurance – oversee execution of contractor and government formal test dry runs. Conduct redlines reviews to ensue process improvements and other changes are incorporated. Oversee formal testing meets CJIS standards, including requirements sell off and verification and validation of system software.
Configuration Management – develop and maintain configuration policies and procedures. Ensure enterprise CM policy is implemented with Program Office activities. Oversee contractor developed policy and procedures, and execution of CM activities (builds, control, change management).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience,

Security Clearance Requirement:
Must be a US citizen with a Top Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
