Summary: We are a fast-growing team that currently covers the DFW, San Antonio, and Georgetown/Austin markets. Window Expo is looking for an experienced Installer who is looking to work in, and around, the Georgetown/Austin area. The ideal individual will play a critical role in installing windows in customers in our CTX territory. The Installer will be trained on our products and installation guidelines for constructing our products at our customers' homes and support our growing company.

The successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in general carpentry skills and home remodeling
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain company integrity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionalism in appearance and work ethics
  • Ability to work proficiently and meet time restraints
  • Ability to climb stairs and/or climbing ladders while carrying applicable materials
  • Ability to direct and manage an installation assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Window Expo customers in a professional manner while always maintaining the integrity of the Window Expo company reputation
  • Communicate clearly to homeowner throughout the installation process
  • Supervise the loading of all required product, tools, and resources necessary to complete the assigned installations
  • Review the contract, materials, and instructions/drawings prior to starting on installation
  • Ensure that all job site areas are built in compliance with manufacturers engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Follow pre and post installation procedures and complete all required safety training
  • Present invoicing to the customer prior to and after installation and arrange their presence after completion for a final walk through to demonstrate and ensure functionality of installation and customer satisfaction
  • Assist installation manager in any way that contributes to meeting company standards and achieving department goals
  • Contribute to a fair and positive team work environment
  • Troubleshoot unforeseen situations and communicate to installation manager
  • Clean work area daily throughout the entire installation process
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the installation and/or division managers


  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must provide General Liability insurance
  • A reliable vehicle that can transport supplies safely to job site
  • Supply own tools

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $9.00 per hour


  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends


  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)


  • Valid Drivers License (Required)
