Rely Technology, a home technology company located in Lexington, Kentucky, is looking to add a full-time Onsite Project Manager to our team.
Applicants should have a minimum of TWO YEARS of on-the-job experience in the audio/video and smart home integration industry. If you DO NOT meet this requirement, you will not be considered for this position. Please do not waste our time or yours by sending a resume.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and completion of the company's projects. This will include managing the schedule of our technicians, coordinating with clients and contractors, updating records in our software to keep track of everything, and preparing reports analyzing how projects have gone. The Project Manager will perform walkthroughs with technicians before and after a job's completion, and work alongside them as needed to get it done in a timely fashion.
Our Technicians install a variety of the latest audio/visual and smart home technologies. Our typical project involves installing a variety of solutions in a client's home, including home theaters, lighting control, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and smart home systems.
The ideal candidate will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of interacting with customers in a friendly and professional way. In addition, they will need to have experience installing and programming audio/video solutions, as this will be a hybrid role for the time being, where the individual acts as project manager but also works alongside technicians to complete projects as needed.
