Associate Product Manager - Bill Pay

The Billing Solutions Product Management team drives Heartland’s Bill Pay product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap while working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Job Details:
What will you be doing?

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Write user stories while managing and prioritizing the product backlog
Translate long-term vision into smaller, tactical milestones to ship early and often
Lead Agile development teams to implement new features with high quality
Measure and report on metrics tracking the health of your product line
Present proposals, updates, and outcomes to high-level internal and external stakeholders
Become the Trusted Advisor to senior leadership for all matters related to the Bill Pay product line
Liaise with Operational and IT teams to optimize boarding and support process.

What are the requirements?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
3+ Years experience in product management in a software, SaaS or fin-tech company
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Experience in customer research methodologies (e.g. customer interviews, surveys, web analytics and A/B testing)
Experience in writing user stories, managing and prioritizing backlogs
What are the requirements?

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable knowledge of the Payments Card Industry
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Azure, Aha! or Rally
