Manager, Online Content Production

At C Spire, we are customer inspired. Every member of our team is charged with delivering a world-class experience to each customer. The Manager, Online Content Production will create and deliver a best-in-class marketing experience for our customers, both externally and internally.

Part of our Marketing & Digital department, this position oversees the packaging, publishing, and promotion of content on cspire.com. This position also drives C Spire’s marketing and digital asset management strategy, processes, and platforms. This role collaborates closely with external agencies and vendors, as well as partners with our internal Content & Creative, Web Development, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing & Analytics and line of business marketing and digital teams.

Establish, document, and maintain scalable content publishing processes – ensuring finalized copy and assets (images, video, documents) are moved into our web CMS and digital asset management platforms and content is optimized following tagging and meta data best practices
Train teams on online content management and production best practices. Drive continuous improvement of content publishing and digital asset management processes
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across departments, as well as external groups, to capture online content requirements, prioritize content publishing projects, and ensure that published projects meet expectations
Develop new marketing landing page template requirements and partner with IT Web Development team on building and deploying new content features/functionality for use
Maintain and update site content as needed, using our enterprise content management system and digital asset management tools – including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Manage team capacity and resources to execute against a queue of work, prioritizing tasks against business goals using established guidelines
Manage quality assurance testing on content pre- and post-publication on cspire.com – fixing any errors in published content and testing new site changes and features
Measure and report on success metrics using project management and web analytics tools
Other duties as assigned

Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline required
5+ years website content management experience, digital project work, or other relevant professional experience
Experience with complex enterprise web content management systems – including Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, Hubspot, or others
Experience with digital analytics tools – including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Heap
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SEO. Experience with responsive design
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and Agile/Scrum are major plusses
Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Meticulous attention to detail required
Successful candidates will have a mix of project management, analytics, and budget management
Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organization skills; excellent planning and execution, with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
