About the Role:
Intermedia is looking for a Creative Project Manager who is ready to join a highly skilled, team-oriented, and hard-working in-house creative agency to help ensure marketing projects are delivered on-time and with excellence. Your position will report directly to the Creative Director and you will work closely with a talented team of designers, writers, and programming professionals to manage the execution of compelling marketing assets requested from both internal and external stakeholders. Must have a breadth of understanding of diverse deliverables including print/collateral development, video/animation production, digital ads, web production and event deliverables.

As a project manager of the creative team, you will be the driving force behind making sure creative project development and execution runs efficiently with brilliant outcomes. To help do this, you will be clarifying requirements with stakeholders, communicating directions / expectations for development team members, and tracking timeframes of projects and deliverables. You will closely work with a project management tool, updating statuses, delivering updates to stakeholders, adding clarifications and aligning projects in the queue to resolve conflicts. You will also be responsible for supporting the company’s digital asset management tool

What you will be doing:
Work on large, conceptual projects as well as day-to-day design requests. Manage design initiatives for all branded projects, campaign development, web page design and corporate decks for various business units and C-level executives.
In partnership with Intermedia’s creative group, marketing managers, content and development teams, manage and schedule all in-house projects as well as all outsourced projects, resources and deliverables -from concept to final delivery.
Establish and implement KPI’s for project delivery based on project type/scope
Lead status meetings and manage the daily production schedule
Coordinate internal resources and source third parties/vendors, where necessary, to properly staff creative projects based on project scope against current creative dept. volume
Resourcing talent experience. Work with procurement in drafting contracts for external vendors
Use a project management system and other verification techniques to manage project scope and schedule
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with other technical teams to create and sustain projects documentation
Review design mockups for their consistency and technical implementation feasibility
Track web and creative properties performance and ensure their stability
Align processes in the team and achieve work balance between the projects and resources
Responsible for maintaining DAM (Digital Asset Management Tool – MarCom Central)

What you will bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Advertising, or related field. Master’s a plus
PMP certification a plus
5+ years of experience working with a corporate design team or with an agency with at least 3 of those years working with Web development creatives
Strong understanding of diverse creative deliverable requirements (Print, Events, Video, Web)
Strong working knowledge of projects tracking systems (Workfront, Jira, Wrike etc.)
A strong network of creative vendor resources a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on Illustrator and InDesign), and other design software. Have some working knowledge of these programs, and not feel intimidated by them is important
People management experience with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasker, adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Must be comfortable with cross-team communications and working with in-house, virtual, and international teams
Team-player. Happy. A great creative eye – however subjective that may be
Portfolios of PM project deliverables

Bonus Skills:
Experience in a post-production, agency or production environment, including working with editors, motion graphic designers, and graphic designers.
Experience with motion design and video, specifically in After-effects and Premiere Pro, respectively
App development experience a plus
Russian language skills a plus
