About the role

emocha serves patients with serious infectious and chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and opioid use disorder. We offer a high-engagement service to help people adhere to their care plan - whether that be to ensure that they track symptoms they experience or take medicine as prescribed.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading internal and external project management efforts regarding the delivery of this service specifically for customers who are using the emocha application to help manage COVID-19. The Project Manager will lead a team of professionals conducting outreach to and engagement with people enrolled in emocha’s service, including conducting compliance and quality assurance reviews, creating reports, and liaising with customers. This is an independent contractor role.

Responsibilities:
Assists emocha to ensure the quality and performance of service delivery, including tracking performance against project timelines, protocols budgets, objectives, and deliverables
Create and deliver daily client metrics reports
Conduct quality assurance reviews of service team’s efforts and ensures team KPIs are met
Communicates with emocha Executive Leadership regarding deliverables and programmatic tasks and issues as needed
Liaises with project clients and partners to ensure consistent and timely implementation
Responds to inquiries and concerns from project clients and partners as needed
Designs, implements, and coordinates specific project activities
Organizes meetings and calls among project clients and partners
Contributes to technical conversations about how to enhance emocha’s product and service
Coordinates between emocha business units about financial and contractual inputs
Schedule, assign, manage and oversee Engagement Specialists as need for each project responsible for.
Insure and oversee quality of Engagement Specialists.

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of project management experience
At least one year in a supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated project management abilities
Experience working in the healthcare field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve independently and work within a team under tight deadlines
Ability to prepare reports and provide information to management in a timely matter

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in public health, business, or related field
PMP certification
